The operator did not identify herself as a ZPDI rep and I did not authorize any charges for placement of the call.
I was charged $23.60 for a 26 minute call.

When I called the company to dispute the charges, the answering operator and his supervisor were totally unconcerned. They could only repeat a totally scripted reply. They might as well have been robots!
