The Zero Water 23-cup filter is very poorly designed, making one wonder if any research on its design transpired prior to production. The lid hinges on it break off very easily. After calling the company to request that they send me a replacement lid for free due to faulty product design, I was told that not only is there no lid replacement products available, free or not, but that there is no product warranty available on this product either. I do not recommend that you spend your money on this product. Find another more reputable water filtration product.
