Promised on ads, and verbally that shipping is free, everything for wholesale would be of 95%. It wasn't. Scammed and deducted $500.00. After scammed, they took their number off their website (Zibus.com).
Misrepresented their service and defrauded me out of my money. Luckily it was only $500.00. Now they have a collection agency after me trying to get the rest of the $5,000. They keep threatning me. I don't know what to do. I'm not going to pay them $5,000. They also left my account in the minus.
Now I owe the bank double due to overdrate fees. Can't open another account until I pay this debt off, due to them.
Tried finding a lawer, but no one wanted to take this case.. I'm and honest person, and I thought everything would be legit.. I didn't even get a chance to use their service because everythinh was to expensive. They spoke as if they owned a wharehouse. Turns out they just sell coupons...
They totally misrepresented their service, and advertised false promises. Now their creating more webisites with the same scam, just diferent website (http://simplx.com/). Filed reports with the BBB and IC3 (FBI internet fraud claims. I haven't heard from either...
