I have used the service of Ziggymart for about 3 yrs. and have always had approximately a 4 week wait before receiving my orders.
I placed my last order 4/15/08, the end of May I called John Petrie (the owner) and he said the order was in and would ship in a few days.
This order was prepaid $183.38 as required and cleared my account on approximatley 4/18/08.
I have sent 3 emails with no reply. I did call the BBB in Rutland and filed a complaint online.
So, here I am June 24th and still waiting to here from Ziggymart. In my emails to Ziggymart I have ask that my money be refunded but as I stated above I have had no responce.
