ZIPRECRUITER Charged my credit card $539 yesterday then another $154 today after I complained yesterday! SANTA MONICA CA

I posted a job for a bookkeeper with ZipRecruiter.  I am not a huge firm I am a small accounting office.  I posted this right before the pandemic hit and they are telling me even though they can see I never accessed the resumes they sent me for the last few weeks I still have to pay $539.  I explained to them I am a small business I have had to lay off staff I cant afford that. 

Asked if there was anything they could do she said no and I said your the worst company ever.  Well then they charged my card again for $154 and I am freaking out.  Where are companies compassion during these difficult times.  I was looking to resume my job search with them once things got back to normal but I would never do business with these rip off con artists and I suggest no one else do as well! 

They are ruthless and only care about their bottom dollar.
