Zman Chrysler did not honor lifetime power warranty Other

When I bought my Jeep Cherokee in 2008, I was so excited about the liftime power warranty. I also bought the car outrright in 2011.

Not once was I told about the inspection for the powertrain liftime warranty, even when I bought the car outright. Secondly my car has been service by a Jeep dealer for over 10 years, and not once did they mention this to me. Chrysler also never sent me any notice.

Now in 2018, I go to use the warranty, and am told its inactive due to not getting the inspection, which by the way was free.

I called Chrysler but they did not want to hear this, I called me dealership, and they try to escalate but basically did nothing about this.

I have bought more then 5 cars from this dealership, and if thats the way they want to treat me, they won't be getting any new sales from me.

This defintely seems like a loop hole, this company created not to honor the agreement.

If you read the guarantee, it was created to protect the individual, now you go to use, and you get this bullshit excuse.

I'm very mad, and discouraged in Chrysler.
