Zmodo Poorly manufactured products, zero customer support City of Industry Internet

We purchased a wireless infrared camera for security use. The camera failed after ten months of infrequent use. After many negotiations with their "customer service", a replacement camera was sent.  

The replacement camera was of inferior quality, having been manufactured four years earlier.

The replacement camera failed after a few months.  Zmodo decided that they would not honor any warranty on the camera, leaving me with a useless pile of junk, and a hole in my wallet.  

Avoid this brand at all costs.  Learn from my mistake and spend a little more to get a quality product, and quality customer service.
