zmt bankruptcy zmt not qualified Internet

using zmt bankruptcy preparers was a big mistake.  they did process my paperwork , but it was rejected by the bankruptcy court because it did not meet the bankruptcy court's processing requirements. i used them because we could not afford an attorney, otherwise i would not be declaring bankruptcy, now  i can't get them to even accept my e-mails, they have no phone number, and i have no idea where they are located.  i asked for a refund but of course that will never happen.  i am mad at myself for using them in the first place. things are bad enough without having bogus companies rip you off with the little bit of money you do have.  now  i have to start all over.
