ZocDoc is a marketing service for doctors. They pay $250 to $300 per month and patients can book appointments online through ZocDoc, then submit reviews of the doctor. But you won't see any negative reviews on ZocDoc, only the positive ones! If a doctor had negative reviews, he or she would drop off the service after all. Also, if a doctor doesn't pay for ZocDoc, the site will indicate that no appointmens are available. ZocDoc is very misleading. Patients Beware!!!

Zoc Doc I agree is 100% a COMPLETE SCAM. You can't trust any review you read on ZocDoc.

I tried to post a review about a horrific experience I once had with Doctor in NY and ZocDoc actually refused to publish it. An agent from ZocDoc (NOT from the Doctors office) actually called me to apologize for the horrific experience I had, but then adamantly refused to publish my negative review.

Zoc doc in my opinion is an extremely dangerous site because they mislead you to believe that they are offering a complete and bona-fide set of unfiltered "reviews" of their doctors. In actual Fact, they WILL NOT publish many negative reviews (if any) so consumers are being misled and misinformed and being directed to really bad doctors offices that they should in fact avoid.

Shameful this ZocDoc.
