I run this software and it found over 4000 errors, when I bought the program and run and cleaned my computer it totaly screwed the thing up!! It removed programs from my controll pannel it caused my router to disconect from my network!! ON and ON unbelievable! Don't down load this program no matter what your hear. I have been working for the last four hours trying to fix this computer and just now after running the restore three times finaly got it to work somewhat.

We don't sell any software with the ability to remove items from a coputers control panel. Our software doesn't do anything technically that would be able to create problems with a router as mentioned. We've never seen either of the above problems in our QA testing and never had this bug reported in the past 10 years. Perhaps this person was mistaken by the company they purchased their software from?
Our software also creates backups before a customer make any changes so if it creates any conflicts, which happens rarely for a few customers each year, you simply click a button and reverse all the changes. These simple instructions are included in the help guide inside the software, in our FAQ and our 24/7 support can always walk you through this process.
Since we have 24/7 US based support via phone, live chat, email and remote access this person could have easily contacted us to get this alleged problem resolved. According to our support team nobody has reported this problem in the last few months so I question the validity of this anonymous report.
