I have been a panel member for Zoom Panel for at least 12 years.  Each time they send me a survey, I will participate in it.  On May 31, 2012, I logged into the website to check my points and redeem my reward points.  I could log into my account only.

 I am required to log in again to redeem my points.  I did that and the automated reply stated that login has failed.  Panelist is disabled.  I am very upset because I have accumulated a huge number of points.  I have devoted my time every evening in participating their surveys.

 Zoom Panel is a scam.  You need to publish this and let everyone know.
