I hired Zoom Plumbing, Tom Connolly, in October 2010 to perform work on a septic tank. I was quoted a price range of $3,000.00 to $3,500.00 for the job, the final invoice was for $7,069.00.

There was never notice of a price increase during the work process, there was never a change order issued during the work process, only a final invoice for more than double the original quote. When asked "why the increase?" The only response was "we had to rent a larger tractor."

I will never use zoom plumbing again.
