ZOPO mobile sent me an empty box. I refused the delivery after opening it in the couriers presence, I also paid extra for Insurance, yet they still refused to replace it. Or refund my payment. I ended up having to report it to my bank after waiting 15 days, for a refund. It clearly states of their website that if the product is covered with insurance, they will deal with DHL & and send a replacement which they did not do(LIE), well why would they? unless in fact they're the ones that sent it out in the first place.
