Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Bought a high dollar high end computer manufactured by ZT systems 6 months ago and drivers for computer just went away. Called tech support and could get no resolution to problem. Out of warranty (7 months old) and no replacement discs sent with computer was told I would have to purchase replacement discs to re-install windows 7 and all drivers. This does not guarantee fix. Since this is such an expensive computer no telling how much more I would have to spend to get this fixed. I will never buy from them again. It is a 900 dollar tower that, for all intent and purposes, is a boat anchor

I contacted ZT systems today (5/15) and asked for an update and they told me my computer had been shipped back to me on the tenth. I had not been notified of this and would not have known if I hadn't called to find out the status. I was told since it was the 2nd time it had been returned they had pretty much replaced the system. I have been using my new computer (HP) and it has half the ram and three times the speed. Will wait and see if the ZT computer is working and, if it is, try to sell it. It has been over a month since I have seen it and it isn't here yet

Right after I filed my report ZT contacted me and offered to fix my computer if I sent it to them. I did, at my own expense. Turned out my motherboard had to be replaced. It WAS covered by warranty. It was returned to me (at their expense) and two weeks after sending it to them I had my computer tower. Problem was, when I opened the box, nothing had been secured in the case and it sounded like ball bearings rolling around in the case and nothing lined up at the ports. It was sent back (they paid for it) and it has now been over three weeks since I originally sent it back for repair. I have since purchased another tower so I would have a computer to work with. Hopefully they received it today and will repair it (again) and send it back to me. Hopefully I will get it back by the end of next week which will mean I will have been without it for over a month. Will update when I receive it.
