Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased ZymaX on the assurance that all I had to do was return the product unused or empty bottles to receive a refund. Zymax has a 877# which I called to get the return address they gave me a 800# which is a recording. I have left several messages, no one will return the call the only way I received the address was going on line.
Zymax took me for #66.90! Do not let them take you for the same false promises.
Lesson Learned!! The hard way.

Received Refund

I ordered Zymax and after receiving it and trying it for a day, felt very nervous about taking it. I then checked the Internet and found all these reports and immediately called and asked for a refund.
I sent the bottle back, called the company, got a name and number, mailed the bottles back and received my refund on this month's credit card bill. I guess I may be one of the lucky few to actually receive the refund.
I managed to talk to a CSR, got his name and kept in contact. I also told him about this report on the Internet. He stated it wasn't true, I don't know what to believe now, because I did receive my refund without a hassle. My suggestion is call back and get a name and tell them about this site, it worked for me.
