Zynex Medical Ripped off my client for a Tens Unit Internet

Why is it no a surprise that when I googled this company numerous complaints come up?  My non-English speaking client was tricked into taking a Zynex 8100 tens unit by an English speaking representative telling her insurance would pay, had her fill out an insurance form, and when insurance did not pay, they failed to notify her, instead, two years later they send us a bill for almost $3,000 even though she sent it back after she realized what they did, a piece of junk unit that could easily be purchased for $100 or less, no where on the documents that we obtained did Zynex disclose the rental price or the price of the unit to the client, looks like a class action to me
