Very disappointed. This company harasses their clients calling 3-5 times a day. When you do answer your are belittled, degraded and harassed. They have no regard I was in an auto accident and got not sympathy for being late. They also send mail and its 10-20 days later than a date, are predictors on loans, they also have no regard to manors, or working with you.
I am discouraged but them. They all your home their investment and not your property! Makes me want to switch mortgage companies!!! I highly recommend avoiding this God awful company!!!

Sorry to say this but they dont give a d**n about your personal life. All they care about is what you owe them. It is the hieth of ego to think that you are so special that they would work with you for money you own by contract. Its not about MANNERS, its about business. YOU CAN NOT EXPECT THEM TO GIVE A d**n ABOUT YOUR ISSUES!! Unless it directly effects your policy, they dont care. And you can not expect them to. If you ran a business you would expect to get paid for the services or products you would sell. It is no differet for them. So dont go acting all high and mighty because they are holding you to the very same standards that they have to uphold.
