CENTURYLINK RIP OFF! REFUSES TO REPLACE OLD WIRES, OVER CHARGES, LIES, LIES, LIES, MESA Arizona

For Months now we have had trouble with Century link. The area we live in is considered an island so Century link is the only service we have here. The lines and Boxes are old and need to be replaced. So, when it rains or we have any kind of weather our lines go bad and we lose our phone and internet.

We have called so many times for repair its not even funny. I have gotten to the point now i cannot even talk with them because all they do is LIE!! Several of the techs that have come out have told us that Century link will not replace anything here because it would cost too much money. Bull s**t!! 

Their customer service SUCKS!! And several times we have called,  we were directed to customer services in other countrys. Nothing pisses me off more to try and talk to someone in another country who cant speak or understand English. They do Nothing but say "we are sorry for the inconvience". Which after all the trouble makes you even more mad. 

Seems like everytime i pay the bill off, our services go out. So inconvient! My husband and i have medical issues and need our phone service but, that does not matter to them at all. Just had to have a tech out here today again and he told us we wont have service till tomorrow maybe! 

We are just so fed up with all this!! We are considering a law suit for sure!!
