national carpet care switch and bait, stay away from this crooks orlando , Florida

I called this company 2 weeks ago on a wednesday 08 21-11  i was told the only available day was next tuesday  by 10 am and we agree on that day , by friday i receive a call leting me know that tuesday was not posible and if we can move it for wednesday i agre  on monday i receive a call, we are  in the are and can be there in 30 minutes, i say no way ,and you will do the job on wednesday,( i knew yhis was going to be a problem )

that day 10 am no carpet cleaner , by 11am a small explorer shows up  to clean the carpet,

no letter in the vehicle no signs no uniform just a guy with a clipboard and white piece of paper

he cheks the carpet , looks a simple yellow stain that is been there for years from oil candle  and claims dog urine, ( I don't have any pets )  checks around write on the paper and the 5 room special quote on the phone for $34.95.00 jumps to $260.00  because   of heavy foot traffic and needs to spray with some quemicals and wait  i knew  it will jump to about $100.00  but not this much

i told the guy no way and we cut the price to $200 i say no way , then he ask me how much i want to pay  and i show him the add  on the paper and he said that that price is only if the carpet is clean,

if that is the case  why will i call anybody to clean the carpet where did they find this guy  with out brains

the add on the paper he claims is only  maintenance NOT CLEANING  but ad mentions steam cleaned

i ask him to leave and he don't want to , he tells me he can't leave he is there to do the job and i have to call the office and speak with his bose before he can move from my house ,  i have to open the door  push the guy out and call the police   very ugly and bad experience with this company people stay away

very bad rating on the  BBB 15 complaints and this message  ! There is an alert for this business !
