i signed on with alltel, from the getgo i had issues with thier billing department. i was on a soecific plan but would be chaged for calls that were supposed to be free, such as weekend calls mobile to mobile. this went on for the entire time i had them., i would call non stop they would go over the bill they would issue the credits. no problem. until i was promised the credits on a bill that was almost $500 dollars. i was due to be issued credits amounting to $460 dollars. basically i just had to pay my service fee for the month. again no problem. well i had automatic payments set up on my alltel bill. needless to say they put in the payment of $400 and some odd dollars, and i blew up and called them. they admitted i was due the credits and the payment should have never been deducted from my acct. so they reversed the payment credited my bank acct the amount they deducted as well as any fees that incured due to the payment that was NEVER to come out. they admitted ( the manager) the mistake. a few days went by , my phone was disconnected for non payment of the almost $500 dollar bill, i called them told them this is ridiculous, these charges were not only credited but i was given back a payment and then some. they didnt admit anything at that point claimed they didnt know which manager did this or the customer service rep that credited the calls in the first place. i remained in dispute on this acct and then they reported it to the credit agencies.. i called them again with the proof of the reversed payment the credits etc. they did nothing the collection agency did nothing to help. again here i am with no help and bad credit.
