I tried to get them to waive some of the fees because I fell on a hard financial month but they simply said "Oh well".
The fees are double the monthly service charges.
DO NOT USE CENTURY LINK, YOU WILL BE SORRY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

That's because a business in there to make a profit and NOT be a social agency.
They can't and won't make allowances for everybody having a "hard financial month."
If your finances are that shaky, you should look at ways to economize.
No, I DON'T work for Century Link and never have.
