My name is Doug Bradshaw, I am co-owner of a commercial collection agency in Dallas, TX. Christal Scott hired my firm to collect on fraudulent claims! She knowing placed accounts with my firm that were already previously settled with the debtors attorney! Her company now is Amazing Web Design Services in Indianapolis, IN. After I found out what she did, my salesman told her that fees were due because in our fee agreement it states and any accounts that are deemed "not owed" for any reason, full commission fee is due for services rendered. She cried like a little baby about it so much that I finally wrote her an email dismissing the invoice and apologizing for whatever bad experience she may have had. She then took that email and demanded that I PAY HER MONEY!!! She said that my company owed her for "wasted time". This is totally ridiculous..........but it gets MUCH better.....

Amazing Web Design Service "owner", which is just a simple DBA mind  you, is not attempting to dig up whatever PERSONAL information she can about me and posting it all over the internet!! She has hacked my myspace page and stole pictures of my children and wife, called my office 42 documented times. All calls in and out of my office are recorded, so all of her crazy, psycho calls and emails are there. Then she started emailing me TO NO END!!! She kept on and kept on all weekend long!! Each time I would respond with even the simplest wording for her simple little mind, I was met with ignorant, childish claims that she had somehow put me on some "cease and desist" and that I was in violation of that. Whatever lady...... Christal Scott is NOT an attorney, but I think imagines herself as one. She then emailed me links to her website that she had posted all this malicious trash on, but when I accessed the link, she accused me of "cyber stalking" her!! This woman is crazy!!

Then, Sunday night, she got my cell phone number by dialing my office number and hitting a bunch of keys, which eventually she got the correct combination of buttons and hit the extension that dials my cell, and flat out committed EXTORTION!! She told me that if I didnt pay her for the claims that she placed, which I would never do, she was going to create a website with slanderous, malicious content that showed my KIDS AND WIFE!! My kids are 10, 5 and 8 months old!!!!!! What a slimy, worthless woman she is!! I really feel sorry for her children growing up with THAT as a mother!

Anyway, she gave me until 4pm today to bank wire the money to her "or else". I have retained an attorney, which costs $$, I have spent half my day documenting and filling out affidavits, searching the internet for her crazy rantings and have even contacted the FBI in both Dallas, TX and Indianapolis, IN. Both offices have assigned an Internet Crimes agent to the case and will be "watching it closely". Of course they wouldn't do anything to STOP this insane lady, Christal Scott, from doing anything...... that would make too much sense. They have said to let her post whatever she is going to and they will THEN take action because this involves hacking, breaching a private network, extortion across state lines and libel. I post this part on here in hopes that she will stumble across this and decide to stop her craziness before she winds up in jail. Whats worse, is my attorney tells me she already has 3 judgments against her and is considered, "judgment proof." Meaning that she is too broke to even be worth suing!!! I care not, I am going to spend the money and get my worthless judgment and then the police have told me anything she has done would be considered "retaliation" and that is a felony.

I really hate to post things like this because it can never be removed, this goes for either side. But she has, on recorded phone calls, made malicious threats to ATTEMPT to ruin me and my company. She keeps ranting that I am the owner, but I am only a minority ownership in the CORPORATION.

I will be the first to admit that, as a collection agency, we don't always have the best reputation for "customer service". That being said though, this has gone on for long enough and has really gone too far. She is a worthless scam artist preying on those that have actually done something with their lives and just like the debtors we pursue, wants something for nothing. Though I am in a tough business, I pay my taxes, I employ 13 people, I give back to my clients that which has been taken. I have never missed a payment in business, I have never "stiffed" a client. I have clients that are surprised to get a check from me, thinking that the debt was UNCOLLECTABLE and had already written it off. They call in thanking me all the time. But to have someone like this maniacal lady try to make my firm commit a crime, harassment, in an attempt to get money that isnt rightfully hers and then to try to EXTORT money from me by stealing private pictures of my young children is RIDICULOUS! Rest assured, I will be lighter in the pockets because I have to go though this, but every dime I spend will be well worth it to see her get what she deserves!!!

Keep it up Christal Scott, there are more people like me out here that know all about you and your shady, extortion and harrasment tactics. You are going to end up in jail and you are going to end up even more broke than you already are. Indiana allows for bank garnishments, you should have stayed in Texas. I am now at the point that I cannot stop, its about proving a point here. I could have paid her extortion money and went on with life, never having missed the money. But that's not the point, the point is NO ONE is going to STEAL from me or EXTORT money from me! Christal Scott, your craziness stops here!

No doubt she will find this posting and post 50 rebuttals trying to make herself look better....... pathetic. The worst part is, I have a case. She is just to dead beat broke to get anything out of her. She has already been sued 3 times and lost in TX. Search "Leave the mess" on this site, its great reading!
