i had boght a memory foam mattress 2 yrs ago, in sept. 2012 it started buckling, i called customer service and they told me that the mattress i had was discontinued, they told me to pick another mattress. i went to the showroom and picked a kevin charles mattress, the mattres they sent me was defected, they sent me another mattress again defected, they sent another one same problem. that makes 3 times the mattress was defected, my daughter and i went to the showroom again and my daughter picked another mattress for me thinking it was better she paid almost 300.00 more, the sales lady assured us that the mattress would not come rolled up like the others, but she lied and it did, the matress we picked came rolled up that one was also defected, they sent me another one the same thing it was also defected. in 6 weeks time i have received 5 mattresses all of them no good. I have had a hard time between customer service the warranty company, verry bad experience, i am on dissability have a bad back and neck they have nothing else that i can choose from, they only carry kevin charles memory foam mattresses they are no good they all come deformed they refuse to give me my money back so i can buy a decent mattress, they just want to keep sending me mattress after mattress. i am in alot of pain with my back and neck my doctor wants me to go for phisical therapy, i can not afford that, i am on a fixed income of 660.00 a month. i need some help please!
