POSTED: Saturday, March 01, 2008Unsecured personal loans are at a high interest rate with this company due to the charge off, delinquency, and risky credit/borrowers. But the terms and conditions are clearly explained to the customer and you sign paperwork with all the terms outlined. In my experience, people love to take the money, but they hate paying for it.
