For the last few years we have called Custom Service to complain about the satellite speed. Worse than dial up. They would check system in INDIA and make a change here and there to satellite but by the next day we were back to slower speed again. No mention of FAP. Also very hard to understand technician in INDIA. What they did in INDIA to help me, who knows. I just have to believe they tried.

Can not spend more money a month on this. $59.99 already to get satellite hook-up. We are in a rural area and are limited to satellite companies that can service us. Personally.
