POSTED: Thursday, December 04, 2008All you have to do is file a dispute of the overcharge with your credit card company. Under FEDERAL law, you have 60 days to do this from the billing statement it first appeared on.
FYI...The registration key is only good for 1 year anyway. With Norton/Symantec, you have to pay every year.
You should have just gone to any office supply store and bought a new one, as they are almost always offering rebates so you could have gotten the disk and the key for like 20 bucks.
