Ripped-off in 11-03-requested a refund within the 30 days.I have tried to work with them, but I continue to get calls on my cell phone even after I have given them my home phone at least 3-5 times. They employee a bunch of morons.

Now folks-I have started to get upset. I have written the same letter to them and now I send it via e-mail to awayirs@awayirs.com with the address showing up in the send to and the cc and the bcc as many times as I can get it on there. I figure that maybe they will soon get tired of the same letter taking up space in their inbox and get someones rear in gear to get their jobs done and process the refund requests a little quicker. I know it takes time, but legally 30 days is enough and I have waited patiently for much longer.

I figure, if all of us unsatisfied people write a letter and send it to them 40-50 times each time we sit down at the computer, maybe something will get done.

I have read other reports on this web site and the rebuttals, so if you people that work for this company and have no conscience about what you do-even when you admit that you know it is a rip-off think about wanting to respond-DON'T Bother-we already know your IQ.

I did not know about Mall 2000 or any of the other gimmicks that your company tries to sell, when I signed up. I was looking for information on ligitamate tax breaks-not a home business. So don't tell me I knew what I was signing up for-I did-But that is not what your company was trying to do.

Not only that, but I find out that these people have more information than I gave them-I never got my tax papers sent in-because (Thankfully) the line was not working. In fact I cancelled my request within 2 business days. Nor did I ever give them permission to check into any of my personal information and yet they have that. Talk about an invasion of privacy.

Here is how I got my money back from NADN

AUTHOR: Alice - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 24, 2004

I wrote a letter to NADN, explaining the problem and that it has been 4 months since I requested a refund. Then I sent it to awayirs@awayirs.com and their other customer service e-mail address as many times as I could get the address in the address line then again in the cc line and again in the bcc line --around 50 times for one mailing. I mailed this same letter 2 times a day for 3 days straight. It only took 1 week to get my money refunded to my credit card.

I hope this helps anyone else that has the same problem I had. Good Luck to all of you!
