maybe, I dunno, you should have made an appointment and come back later instead of sitting there all day? Or was June 2nd the ONLY DAY you could ever go to the shop.
Why should they mail a notification of changing from first come to appointments to all their members? I think a sign at the buisness with plenty of warning is sufficient.
You were not ripped off, you're just angry you had to wait in line.
