Service America Appliance service repair plumbing electric Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I have a contract with Service America for a few years now each time the contract is for a full year, I pay a bit less then $600 for the year and they fix appliances plumbing issues and electric problems.

My A/C is old and my tenant complained that the unit is not working right, so Service America said that they will need to change the unit. The unit is a central air conditioning where by you have a condenser outside and a furnice inside. Well they will only change one product and I'll have to pay for the other one. although the contract clearly state if they can not fix it they will replace it, I agree and paid $2300 for the unit. The replaced the unit and after 2 month the unit stop working. I called they changed a part and then they said that they have to replace an electric wire going from the furnice to the condenser and this wire is not a part of the contract and I'll have to pay out of pocket. When I asked how much they told me $350 and I think that it is to much for a brand new unit that does not work. I refuse. I call they direct me to other department were I leave messeges for def ears. I am very disapointment and I'd like them to take the faulty A/C out and refund my money $2300. to be continued...
