Horrible company. Stay away. I took a home maintenace warrenty contract form Service America https://www.serviceamerica.com 2755 NW 63rd Ct Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 Phone number (954) 247-0672

about 12 years ago. This year I paid $720 for 2014. I called them only a few times in the last 12 years. Now my AC is not working. The technician said he will not repair, but it has to be replaced. Called the company Manager. He said they will replace the AC, but I have to pay all the cost minus $750. What a deal. All these years they got my money. When it came to the time for some expense, they will not do it. Horrible company. Stay away from it. I cancelled the contract right a way.
