Norton, Symantec Norton "360" incomplete product, deceptive advertizing Ripoff Cupertino California

I recenting purchased a product from Symantec, called Norton 360. Supposedly the newest and best security product for your PC. It also shows basic endorsement by CNET. After purchase and download/install, there seemed to be a problem. I went to the product web page and there listed under "add ons" was the answer. The product will not be complete until the end of March. It is presently missing such protection as ad block, pop up block and others. The answer I receive on their on line chat tech support was, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but the other features won't be available until the end of the month". So now I have a mess!!!! First, How dare this company take money for a product and allow people to put this "false" security into their system. And how can this have been reviewed and considered a great product, by CNET, when it isn't in any way a complete security product?????!!!!!!!!!!
