Consumer Attorneys Daniel C. Cohen, Esq. Suborn Perjury; Filing False ADA Complaints New York Brooklyn

I am blind and in 2019, I requested that they represent me on cases pursuant to the ADA; and so they did for a period of time but they were all false; everyone of them because I myself never gave them the name of a company whose website was inaccessible. In fact, Daniel's then partner, Joe Mizrahi's younger brother David worked at the office and he was paid to find cases for the blind. HIGHLY UNETHICAL!!

In addition, the Complaints that were filed were filled with allegations that were completely false and made up by both attorneys and David.  In fact, they had 9 clients who were allegedly blind but in fact, most of their clients were not blind at all. Kevin Garey was one of their clients and he was perfectly fine and they knew it but did not care at all. They had another n amed Jose Figueroa and he was 100% sighted and they knew it and would frequently joke about it. 

Finally, they cheated me out of almost $120,000 of settlements! AT one point, they stopped contacting me and untol I retained attorney I did not see any money from them until they were threatened.
