Groupon Took 84.99 from my account on transaction I never made or authorized

I was playing a videogame on my phone when I got a notification that Groupon had charged me for two items (a cleaning service and print on demand canvas...neither of which I ordered or desired.)  I had not even been on the Groupon site since the day before.  I immediately contacted Groupon and got the usual robotic overseas unintelligent runaround suggesting I had inadvertently made this purchase, despite me repeating that I hadn't even been on the site and didn't want either item. 

I attempted to get a refund through self service on the bigger item, the cleaning offer, but it became 70 dollars of "Groupon Bucks."  I want the CASH that was STOLEN from my account.  At this point, I want NOTHING to do with Groupon now or ever.   Although I will be forced to use the Groupon Bucks just to be done with this stupid situation.  I didn't get help with Paypal either, the payment service, just uncaring unprofessional individuals and responses letting me know that I am supposed to lie down and take it without any lube.  This is the ultimate ripoff. 

We aren't talking about a BAD groupon...we are talking about groupon pulling money out of my account for NOTHING I ordered...aka THEFT and FRAUD.  Not only that, all the Groupon reps I dealt with repeated how common it was for people to "accidentally order things" with the mobile app installed on their phone.  Oh, so this is a well known issue...and aren't they just laughing all the way to the bank!  WARNING:  REMOVE THE GROUPON APP FROM YOUR PHONE OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF TOO AND THEN LAUGHED AT BY THEIR EXTREMELY WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. 

I am tempted to alert those TV news station consumer advocates and the attorney general...this is CLASS ACTION material here.  If any lawyers are reading this, yes, I'd be interested in making a case against these idiots.
