Love Beal Nixon Filed a Lawsuit a week after I set up Payment arrangements Oklahoma CIty Oklahoma

I had an outstanding debt to two of my creditors and they had turned the debt over to this agency to collect. I had called this firm on February 1st 2022 to set up payment arrangements for both creditors, and even had this company to send me the agreement in writing through the mail and it was dated for February 1st 2022, and after I made my 1st payment to them as agreed on both creditors, and getting a receipt emailed to me to show payment on two seperate account numbers.

They went to court on February 8th 202 and filed papers to sue me for the debt, and had the papers served to my house by a process server, and then when i mailed the agreement along with proof of payment back to them and the court clerks office. I received a letter from this firm stating that if I signed the form inclosed agreeing to pay X amount of dollars per month that the original creditor would not sue me.
