We asked to make a payment arrangement instead of going to court and they wouldn't. Then I had surgery on the other court date and asked if they would reschedule and they said they would but they didn't. They lied so they could get a judgment. They also promised they wouldn't do a garnishment but they did. I am so afraid that I am going to lose my income completely because of them. I don't even know how they suddenly became the ones who got this loan. My original loan was with chase bank. Not nct. This is all crazy. It was 15 years ago.
