These jerks charged me $75 for 2 floral arrangements that were to be delivered 5/12/2006. One was delivered the 13th and the other NOT AT ALL.

They refuse to issue me a refund although they advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They state that the recipients are happy. NO s**t??? The recipients didn't pay $75 for crappy service and to get treated like an idiot by customer service. I am the paying customer, I am dissatisfied, and I want my $75 back!!!!

13 DAYS LATER.......

AUTHOR: Cozette - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 24, 2006

After 13 days of sending as many as 20 emails a day to customer service, filing 2 BBB complaints, 2 fraud reports with their Board of Directors and contacting 2 newspapers and the Associated Press, I FINALLY got this....

Let me start by apologizing for the way this order and your experience has been handled. I have issued back the remaining credit to your

XXXXX XXXXXXXXX'X order was delivered on the 13th, notthe 12th. It was a day late. YOUR OWN CUSTOMER SERVICEPEOPLE TOLD ME IT WAS DELIVERED THE 13TH because noone was home the 12th. NOW YOU'RE CHANGING THESTORY???? GEEZ, CAN'T TRUST OR BELIEVE ANYTHING ANYONE SAYS THERE!!!Your website stated that arrangementswould be left at the door if no one was home. Neitherorder was delivered According to your claims on yourwebsite. Furthermore, customer service has continued
to treat me like dirt. Case in point, it has taken me11 days to get 11.99 out of you dirtbags!!I want the rest of my money back. I am not satisfied with your service and you advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee.Florist SCREWED UP and had customer come in to cover her own incompetence. Why don't you call the florist
and ask her about the order from Rick that was
delivered on the 11th!! I believe it was the same
arrangement I ordered so she didn't bother to look at the name on my order. Why would she?? She had JUST DELIVERED that order!! Whatever the florist did after she screwed up Mother's Day is between you and the florist. You two better hash out who's going to EAT THE MONEY. I didn't get what I paid for and I'm going to get my money back. i have already filed a fraud report with your board of directors and contacted the
press!!! I think they'll be quite interested that I've contacted half a dozen people there about this and NO ONE has given me the same answer yet!! I AM NOT HAPPY.
I PAID $74.96 FOR 2 ARRANGEMENT TO BE DELIVERED 5/12. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. YOU STILL OWE ME $62.97 AS YOU DID NOT FULFILL THE SALES AGREEMENT!!

12 DAYS 12 BUCKS

AUTHOR: Cozette - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 23, 2006

It's taken me 12 days to weasel 12 bucks outta these tightwads. They're so cheap their a**es squeak!! Funny thing is no one I've talked to and I've talked to A LOT of weasels in 12 days, has given me the same story.

They keep switching the details on me and still they refuse to admit that the florist is an idiot and screwed up! They tell me they called the customer and fulfilled her wishes. THAT'S STRANGE. My phone hasn't rung ONCE with someone from their offices OR THE FLORIST! I thought the person spending the money was the customer. Am I wrong? Because I'm the one who was spending the money! JERKS! LIARS! THIEVES!

local florist Country Elegance in on the ripoff too!!

AUTHOR: Cozette - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 16, 2006

Turns out the local florist who was supposed to deliver one of the arrangements, place called Country Elegance in Grand Junction, Colorado, is in on the ripoff!!. THEY DISREGARDED MY ORDER ENTIRELY!! Then they tried to cover their own a**es by saying that the flowers were not delivered because they called the recipient and she wanted to come pick something out herself! BULLS**T!!! I need a shovel in here!!!! They were never given the recipient's phone number. My mother in law called them after discovering that another relative over 2000 miles away had sent her the same bouquet we described!! Delivered the day I placed my order!!! Apparently 1800flowers uses substandard florists as I lived in that area 30 years and never even HEARD of this florist!! Now they still won't issue a refund and the florist promised to phone them and call me back. Still waiting on that phone to ring!! A**HOLES!!!!
