24 hour Fitness Cancelled my lifetime membership Las Vegas Nevada

I signed up for a lifetime membership paid over 700.00 at signing and at the end of 3 years membership price wouyld be 99.00 a year for life.

I travel alot and only use the gym maybe 3 to 4 months total when I am in the US, this year 24 hour fitness cancelled my membership because it was not paid on the exact renewal date, I could not pay I was not in the US. I was never notified of the cancellation I found out when I signed into the 24 hour fitness website and it said my account has been cancelled. They are unwilling to reinstate and want me to resign at much higher rates.
