Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Stay away from ordering any products form this company.  We ordered regular and digital phone from this company two years ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare!!!!!!!  They say they give you the best price - example 39.99 for phone but then they add $25 in taxes which is never told to you by the reps and surprise surprise the customer service line said basically oh well.  So the actual cost is $60 =- stay will att & t it is cheaper.  Constant lying and changing stories made us run from that service.  

We also ordered digital phone and they wanted to charge a early termination fee of $90 to cancel one day before the 2 year contract ended.  They will not let you cancel online or call them and give a day you want to cancel.  You have only 2 days to call and if you miss it oh well better luck next month.

They claim to have the best customer service but charged my card 10 times in row freezing it.  Then the supervisor said oh we see the mistake the rep made; well contact us in 90 days and we will see about giving you your $800 back.  Did I mention the 2 year contract was ending in 3 weeks?  

To top if off it takes 5 minutes running through messages to talk to someone and if you miss a cue then start again.  It can take 30 minutes just to cancel something or actually get to a live person.

Save yourself the time and headache.  DO NOT order anything where they are going to be your biller or provide you with service.  not worth the time.

Highly Suspect!

First of all, you say ACN added $25 In taxes, well you must not understand only the government can charge taxes, not a company. So this part of your argument is baseless. You are going to pay taxes on any product or service you buy from any company. It does not have anything to do with the service price and if you used AT&T as you say, which by the way I use AT&T through ACN and my bill is cheaper. You pay the taxes either way. If in your case it isn't cheaper and there are no guarantees that any of the services they offer are cheaper for every market, some are better in some markets and not in others. Then why would you have purchased it.

As for you complaining about being charged a $90 early termination fee, for trying to terminate 1 day before the end of your 2 year contract. That just makes no sense, so it's not worth a reply.

As for you being billed 10 times and your card charged $800 and not being able to get it back for 90 days. That's just a lie. Even if it did happen and I find it highly suspect, your bank would fix the problem in a week or less. Usually the same day, they don't need to wait for ACN to approve it in 90 days, so that is obviously a ploy to add to your story and inflame the situation.

So even if you did have a legitimate complaint you have added so many obvious false additions that anything you have said should be disregarded by anyone with any intelligence.

I have written so many long and detailed responses to all of these baseless claims by ANONYMOUS sources, that It's nauseating, so I'll just keep them simple.

If you want to know the truth about this just go to - ACNIBO: Read The Facts - and read the article. It will only take a few minutes and you will understand the facts, not just opinions of 100s of ANONYMOUS complainers, who claim to know the truth, but wont reveal who they actually are.

There is no point in defending ACN from people who just want to believe how bad it is, they will seek what they want to believe, if you're one of them, dont bother reading the article you might have to change your mind.
