Thanks but this week I have been very busy with taking actions on American Freight and working a full time job.
But, I have filed a complaint with BBB and I also sent e-mails to a few news stations about how this local company is riping off hard working people. Beleive me I have not stopped there I have taken other actions but will update you later on when I get that judgement.
I said it before and will say it again I WORK TO d**n HARD FOR MY MONEY AND IT WILL NOT BE TAKEN WITH OUT A FIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi okay you need to contact the BBB if your not getting proper response to your claim, They will contact American Freight's Obudsmon, from there she will process your claim within 10 days then you will recieve a confirmation from the BBB and American Freight that they are processing your claim. I am still to this day waiting on a queen size split box spring and a mirror to a dresser that I put in layaway 1/27/2007 and paid for in cash on 2/10/2007.
Here is my suggestion:
I should make a appointment tomorrow with my lawyer to present all the paid receipts and most of the recorded conversations from the idiots I spoke to in the Florence and Tri-County store,
Present the pictures of my sons' queen size mattress on the floor that he has to resort to sleeping on. Do you want to know why you can not put a mattress on a frame without a box spring?
I have a picture also of headboard lying on the floor due to almost the same reasons and a dresser with no mirror that was clearly paid for on the receipt along with every other thing that I do not have yet.
You want to talk inconvenience the delivery driver did not get to my house till 12midnight, pain and suffering on my minor son and me. (My son is 14teen years old at 61 he can not just go sleep on the couch or in moms bed or a siblings bed he needs his own bed).
Or can you say false Advertisement on American Freights Part.
What is your suggestion to this problem?
P.S How did you become the store manager I thought Tim was or maybe Jessie? Well, I guess u can be too they both said they were. LOL
