My wife talked to a loan representative named blythe dewey. My wife told her we were applying for a VA loan. I served 6 years in the military reserves. When we did the online application they placed a FHA loan instead we attempted to contact blythe with no results. We paid 14.20 for the 1st credit report my wife is the primary wage earner. Scott Durham than took over and requested a 2nd application I asked him why he could not change the FHA to VA he was unable to do this for whatever reasons we paid another 14.20 Our credit score ranged from 712-730 with 3 different burea's. They kept making promises in which they could not deliver examples are a 80k condo and they stated it would cost around 878.00 which is non-sense the taxes, hoa's and mortgage ran around 700.00. The debt to income registered between 18-20 percent excluding the condoitself I felt I gave corporate welfare in the form of 2 credit reports for one loan application costing 28.40. I had to submit all the documents before pre-approval than have it turned down because the Mortgage processor is/was unable to do a VA loan condo for 80k or less what a joke these people must not have any money and appears to be desperate.
