Ashley Bridget online jewelry store - possible online scam/Facebook Ad scam or just extremely poor customer service!
I placed my order online on July 21, 2013; today is August 7, 2013 and my order is in limbo. I sent out an email two days ago requesting an update to my order - NO RESPONSE. They have no address and no phone number, just an email address.
So I've either been scammed or they have extremely poor customer service!
Hopefully someone will get back to me about my order - maybe this post will help. In any event, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Who runs a business without fully disclosing their contact information anyway?
I'm posting on my FB page too. Sigh.

Finally received an answer from the company reps. They're really friendly people, but business is in its infancy. They had several mitigating factors causing the delay in shipments and delay in responding to people's emails. The owner personally guaranteed that they would reach out to customers and update their website about delays. They are working as diligently as possible as several orders are on back shipment.
