From A "Near Fatal" Automobile Accident, Resulting In Myself Losing My Legs And-

Falling Coma & Stroke. I Was Certainly Unaware Of My Future Inability To Work-

As I Have Been Unable To Physically Work For 4 Years, And Am Wheelchair Bound-

Forever. Upon Applying For The Original Loan Named Herein, I Was Unaware Of The-

Fact, I Would Never Work Again At 42 Years Of Age. As With My Handicap, I Was-

Compelled To Stop Working And Collect Social Security, Earning Only A Fraction-

Of My Previous Pay, From My Job Prior To The "Auto Accident". As Such, I Had-

Attempted To Somehow Pay This Debt, However As I Had Explained To Them Of-

My Medical Conditions And Disability, They Had Not The Patience Or Proper Tact-

To Address My Issue And Attempt To Work With Myself To Resolve This Matter.

Shortly Thereafter, I Had Not Heard From Them In Weeks, And Then I Had Started-

Receiving Constant Harassment From A Collection Agency The Original Loan Originater

Had Referred My Account To For Collection To Satisfy This Debt, Fully Knowing Of-

My Medical Condition And Hardships Etc. This Has Contributed To Destroy My Credit-

And Has Also Contributed To My Directly Related Medical Financial Hardship And Possible Foreclosue Upon My Home And Bankruptsy Court Ruling Upon My Behalf.
