Placed an order, was told I would receive a tracking number after the order was sent.

My order shows to have been sent 8-2-10, I never received a tracking number or my order. I have left  multiple phone messages and E-mails for the last week and have received no reply.

They have my phone #,  my email address and my order number but still no reply.   They did manage to bill my credit card however. I question if this is a real business and if it is , it must be a one man operation.

The service is obviously horrible and I will recommend that no one use it. A simple phone call or email would have been nice or even better, my order!

Dear Valued Customer, First I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that I have caused you or your family. I feel terrible for not responding earlier and staying on top of any issues that arose that should have been handled in a professional manner. We have been having supplier problems since 2004 as we distributed products for many different manufacturers. We should have communicated better with you and for that i am very sorry we did not. We were growing so quickly we did not have the man power to take care of everything the way it should have been which is my fault i should have brought on more help. I just wanted to reply to everyone that was affected and publicy apologize for the inconvenience we caused. I wish everyone a wonderful holiday season with your family.

Sorry excuse for a company

I must update my report from 8-12-10.

I did finally receive my order, the price was good and I got what I ordered.
The postmark  on the package was 2 days before I received it which is ten days different form the date best buy said they sent it. I also did receive my tracking number, the day after I received the package!
While I did get my order as placed I will not recommend this company as the customer service and communication is almost non existent.
