Wish I had known about this web site before I ordered from Best Buy Golf Supply. I ordered from them a set of iron heads 2-pw and ferrules. When I received the order one of the heads wasn't included nor was the ferrules. I called several times to enquire but all I kept getting was an answering machine telling me they were busy with another customer. I then started sending emails but none has ever been returned. Ironically they immediately responded to my email a week earlier when I asked if they received by order.
To make matters worse they inflated the shipping weight by 3X on the invoice to justify me paying 2X+ the shipping cost so they could milk me out of a little more profit in the process. Avoid this company like the plague. This was the first and last time I will ever do business with this company.

Dear Valued Customer, First I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that I have caused you or your family. I feel terrible for not responding earlier and staying on top of any issues that arose that should have been handled in a professional manner. We have been having supplier problems since 2004 as we distributed products for many different manufacturers. We should have communicated better with you and for that i am very sorry we did not. We were growing so quickly we did not have the man power to take care of everything the way it should have been which is my fault i should have brought on more help. I just wanted to reply to everyone that was affected and publicy apologize for the inconvenience we caused. I wish everyone a wonderful holiday season with your family.

1) I never said you charged me for goods not shipped.
2) Your shopping cart charged me $20.00 S&H. On the invoice you charged me $22.50 S&H while the UPS web site stated shipping charges were $10.50.
3) Louisiana is not on the east coast.
4) You failed to address why the head nor ferrules were shipped.

Our cart figures shipping costs direct from UPS. The cart figures residential deliveries, insurance costs, and documentataion that the products were recieved by the buyer. This all costs money. Your shipping cost was only $20.00 to ship from westcoast to eastcoast. We apologize for the difficulty to reach we had a employee in a car accident and there was also a dealth in the accident and have been by her side for support.
