Bluebird American Express Disputed transactions for facebook in February. Bluebird refunded all transactions but the last five. Don't understand the hold up. It's well over 30 days now. salt lake city utah

I call Bluebird approximately on or before February 9th, 2014 and reported transactions on my account from facebook that were not authorized.  Bluebird refunded most of the items but, the items that I disputed first while I was in the hospital recovering from open heart surgery, have not been returned.  The items are as followed:
