If you like TRIAL OFFERS, then DON'T GET NEXIDERM! They LIE, STEAL Your MONEY & make it VERY HARD TO CONTACT them!!!

Unless of course you like to pay $9.95 for a cheap, small, anti aging cream trial that is supposed to be their normal size.

You can't cancel the trial until you receive the product. For me it was a Friday and by Monday I was supposed to call them and also ship back the cream. YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM!!! Of course there is NO REFUND on the Shipping & Handling either PLUS you have to pay to ship it back to them.

BUT FORGET ABOUT ALL THAT ... IT GETS WORSE! They charge the membership fee after 10 days trial of $99.95 to your credit card for the MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE. You are supposed to call them to cancel, but they have a system that tells you to CALL BACK ON NON BUSY HOURS, or after business hours. NO MESSAGES can be left, and you can't get to anyone without a phone extension.

Try #103 (for anyone who needs it) or they have an affiliate program on their site with the extension to the affiliate manager. Just make sure you DON'T JOIN THEIR AFFLIATE PROGRAM at CJ. DON'T EMAIL them, they WON'T RETURN YOUR EMAIL! Don't use LIVE PERSON, because NO ONE IS AVAILABLE! Now try cancelling your account without MONTHLY CHARGES!

I filed it with my Bank, and DID NOT GET THE MONEY BACK Plus got an OVERDRAFT CHARGE. Talked on the phone and they DON'T HAVE A REFUND, if not sent back within the time frame allowed.

Customer Service would not give me his LAST NAME, but the Supervisor is "JOHN SPENCER"; I wouldn't doubt if that was a fake name, though. He would not let me talk to the supervisor and would not tell me if they were a member of the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

So DO NOT buy NEXIDERM by BOEHM RITTER!!!!! The Product Sucks, and you get to pay $110 for this lovely experience with the SPAMIDERM Team at BULSHIT RIPPER!
