Boost mobile sucks. They need to be put out of business. They are in the business of ripping off customers and they have the worst Customer Service Reps ever.
I called customer service to activate a phone for my brother as a gift for his 18th b-day and the SIMS CARD had a credit of $10 on it when I brought the phone. The day before my brothers birthday I went online to check the balance on his phones and to my surprise the balance left was only $4.60. The phone was being charged $.20 a day for the internet a feature I DIDN'T REQUEST
I called Customer Service to tell them that they had made a mistake and that phone had never been used because after I activated it I put it back in he box. The phone had never been used or charged but the Customer service rep said that I requested the internet and I repeatedly said that I didn't request for the phone to have the internet
We have a computer at home why do we need it on a cell phone. So I asked to be transfered to a supervisor and i was eventually connected after about 15 minutes. The supervisor was so rude and unprofessional.
She said that she had to speak to the credit department and she put me on hold only to say that my request for a refund was denied
I told her that I didn't ask for the internet and that the representative who activated the phone didn't even ask me if I wanted the internet for the phone so she began to say there was nothing more that she can do for me as if she actually did something.
Anyway so I asked to speak to her supervisor and she claimed not to have one. So I asked for the number to boostmobiles corporate office she said it isn't one meaning a corporate office.
So we decided not to do business with BOOSTMOBILE any longer and moved on to T MOBILE. Boost mobile has the rudest and most unprofessionalist people that I've ever had to deal with

I understand there is no corp office for Boost Mobile, but how are we supposed to reach someone above the Reps? I think they know we have no one we can call so they are rude, unhelpful and they dont know much about anything! Its almost like they have a script they go by and if you ask a question that is not on the script they dont know the answer! I have been lied to, transfered and on hold atleast 20 times in the last month! They say they can credit the account and they assure you that it will post to your account and when you check it, thats not the case. Then when you call back about it they say it wasn't approved!
Why do these Reps tell you something when they do not know AT ALL if its actually going to happen?! I have even been told the Rep IS the manager/Supervisor when I know this is not true! How can they get away with this???? Boost Mobile is a sorry excuse for a Mobile Phone company! If I have anything to do with it, they will be out of business for good!!!!!!!
Also, why dont any of the Reps speak CLEAR english? Im hispanic and still have a hard time understanding them because they have such sttrong accents. They just "All the way around" dont know what they are doing! I know there is no corp office but I KNOW SOMEONE STARTED BOOST MOBILE AND THERE IS SOMEONE WE CAN TALK TO!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is NOT ok and someone needs to do something about this! This is very unprofessional and I dont know how they still stand!

Lest we forget ... You REALLY DO get what you pay for. Cheap pricing equals cheap service and cheap products. But what the heck. Go for it and give 'em hell! I do and it's better than a B-12 injection and an estrogen bolus combined. Whoo h*o!!

It is possible that your phone had been preactivated by the dealer where you bought it. That is something that happens all the time and causes a lot of problems for the care reps.
Secondly, the supervisor you talked to was correct. There is no contact information for Boost corporate. Boost outsources their customer service and does not provide that information to it's reps.
