Me and my Fiancee are going to be married Oct. 9th 2010. We were actually featured on a episode of Good Morning America weekend edition back on June 14 2009. A link to the video will be at the bottom of this report. On January 23, 2010 my Fiancee and family went into Bridal Town just to take a look at dresses. She tried on a couple and fell in love with one. The sales woman informed her that if she paid in full, then they will discount her dress. Due to a tight budget she went ahead and paid in full. The sales woman informed her that the dress would be in within 6 months and that's the shipping she paid for.

During the months that followed we didn't call the store as we figured it'd be here soon. By June I started getting worried about the status of the dress. By July, I was becoming even more worried, but figured it would probably get here by the end of July. At the 6 month mark having not heard from the Bridal Salon I contacted them. I was informed that the person who orders the dress was away and to call back next week. I waited and then contacted the salon that following week. After speaking with the owner "Bill Titze" I was informed that they were experiencing a "labor shortage" in China where the dress is made and the dress will probably be a couple weeks late. As we were only at the 6 month mark, I accepted this and decided to give them 2 weeks.

I just contacted the salon and was informed that the dress was still not there, they don't know when the dress will come in, but can ensure me the dress will be there before the end of the month. He then mentioned that they were experiencing delays with dresses when she came in and bought hers, but no one informed her of this or she would've paid for rush delivery. I asked him what will happen if the dress does not come in at the end of the month. At that point he had no answer except he'll contact the manufacturer to find out what's going on. I found that completely unacceptable as with all wedding dresses, most likely she'll need an alteration and the last thing you'd want is a dress that doesn't fit on your big day. Now we are going to start looking into a contingency dress in case her dress does not come in with what little funds we have left.

After checking out reviews on google for this establishment I wish I would've done this before as I would've told her that this place is a rip-off. Here's the link to the GMA episode we were featured on.
