BridalTown, Ripoff, Ignorant, disrespectful, dishonest Collegeville, Pennsylvania

Bridaltown has been the "WORST" experience ever! I ordered dresses for my bridesmaids in October. I waited 6 months before they came in. This is all happening 2 weeks before my wedding day.

The girls were fitted by Enza. She ordered their dresses 2 to 3 sizes to big. When it came time for the girls fitting, they had to basically take the whole dress apart.

When we arrived for the final fitting, the dresses looked like my 5 year old nephew put them together. The manager was never around and would never get on the phone.

After driving two hours to Bridaltown, the manager wanted us to come back again so that they could fix the dresses. What makes him think that if they didn't do any of the dresses right the first time, they will fix it the next time?

We finally had to have the police come to the shop in order to get the manager to show up. This place is a RIP-OFF and the customer Service is TERRIBLE.

I do not recommend anyone to this place unless they plan on being stressed out, overwhelmed, aggrevated and ready to loose all of their hair.

The seamstress made one of the girls dresses different then the others and told me to switch her as my maid of honor. Did she seriously say that to me? Then when my fiance told her that this is for a wedding and not some party, she said , :So what".

I am extremely upset!!
