Camping World Insurance Fraud, Unethical Practices Chichester New Hampshire

We have been long time customers of CW. We have bought 2 campers and referred many friends and family.  In December 2015, we had damage to our camper, covered by insurance.  We brought it to CW for repairs.  We signed a direction to pay with our insurance company.  By late April, we picked up the camper with one outstanding item - a small decal that couldnt be found - We took the camper to begin our seaon.

Last week, there was 8 transactions of about $178 taken from our account, unknowingly from CW, totalling about $1400.

At first they denied the transaction until I got my bank involved.  3 managers lied to me more than once.  The next day, we received in the mail 8 sales transactions.  No invoice ,no receipt or estiamte.  No one will take our calls now.

We called our insurnace company, CW was paid, check was cashed on 12/2015 for the exact amount they took from our account.  ( also note, that due to the transaction, our account was withdrawn and we had to cancel our card as we thought there was fradualent activity)

Its been 5 days, and NO one has been able to anwer us as to why money was taken without our knowledge.  

They are sneaky and liars.  They practice unethically and are not trustworthy.
